Bathed in Light

Sometimes we just need to get out and play. We get so used to doing things the same way that we see things the same way, capture them the same way, and wonder what happened to all the magic. Well, to paraphrase John Cage (who said this about music and listening), “magic is constant, seeing is intermittent”.

The Eye

This session is for throwing out everything we know and getting back to exploring.

We do etudes, or practice studies that force us to rethink what we’re looking at. When we rethink what we’re looking at, we explore and capture it differently.

This session is also perfect for accomplished photographers who want to enter the art photography world.

What we cover:

–       Seeing what’s there.

–       Framing anew

–       Etudes

–       Tone vs. Colour

–       Photoshop elements

–       The Art Photography Market
